Contract partners

The Bankruptcy administration hereby expressly states on behalf of the bankrupt's estate of envion AG that:

• it does not enter into existing contracts relating to a continuing obligation;
• it has not given any general consent to the further performance of the obligations arising from such continuing obligations;
• no express or tacit consent of the bankruptcy estate can be derived from any payment made under such continuing obligations continuing after 14 November 2018, but that these payments have been made without prejudice.
