Schedule of claims

The schedule of claims is available for inspection by creditors at the Bankruptcy Office of the Canton of Zug (Aabachstrasse 5, 6301 Zug) and at the offices of the Private Bankruptcy Administrators (Wenger Plattner, Jungfraustrasse 1, 3006 Bern;  please pre-register at +41 31 357 00 00 or with [email protected]). In addition, all creditors or their legal representatives who provided the Private Bankruptcy Administrators with an email address can view the schedule of claims and, if applicable, their personal decree on the portal kuv-portal.envion-konkurs.ch.
Regarding the modalities of contesting the legal assessment of one's own claim or that of another creditor, we refer to the official publication. The contestation period for all creditors is 30 days.

Partial schedule of claims (reconsiderations)
