The password for getting access to these documents has been communicated to the creditors by circular letter of 11 October 2023 and email of 12 October 2023.
The bankruptcy administration – as already held in the bankruptcy publication of 28 October 2019 – points out the following: The creditors domiciled abroad who have not designated a place of service in Switzerland will not receive any circulars for the purpose of passing resolutions. They will only be informed by e-mail as to when the circulars can be viewed on www.envion-konkurs.ch for information purposes. Legally binding and decisive for the date when the period begins to run is the delivery of the circulars to the Bankruptcy Office as the place of service.
