Schedule of claims

The Private Bankruptcy Administrators published a schedule of claims on 12 October 2023. In this schedule of claims, the decision on the claims filed by approximately 2,600 creditors was suspended. The Private Bankruptcy Administrators then published partial schedules of claims with reconsidered or modified claims on 10 November 2023, 17 November 2023 and 2 May 2024. These schedules of claims have now all become legally binding.

In addition, the creditors who provided the Private Bankruptcy Administrators with an email address, or their representatives, can view the schedule of claims and, if applicable, their individual decision on the www.kuv-portal.envion-konkurs.ch portal. You will then receive a verification code that you can use to create an account. Access to the kuv-portal.envion-konkurs.ch portal works best with a Chrome browser on your computer. When accessing the site via a mobile device, you may occasionally experience issues with the display of PDF files.

For information on how to contest the legal assessment of your own claims or those of another creditor, please refer to the official publication. The deadline for filing an action to contest the schedule of claims is 30 days for all creditors.
