Results of the first meeting of creditors

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the first meeting of creditors was not held physically but in writing. A Circular dated 29 June 2020 has been sent for this purpose and has been posted on this website in the section Circulars to creditors. In this Circular, the Zug Bankruptcy Office, which had until then been responsible for handling the bankruptcy proceedings, submitted various proposals to the creditors. Based on this, the following resolution, among others, was adopted:

The creditors have agreed to the appointment of the lawyers Pablo Duc and Fritz Rothenbühler, Wenger Plattner Berne, as private bankruptcy administrators. No appeal has been lodged against this resolution, which means that it has become final.
